Job Summary
Role: Associate / Senior Associate – International Voice
Location: Bangalore
Work: Inbound & outbound calls, customer support, resolving queries, collecting customer information
Qualification: 12th Pass and above
Salary: ₹2.9–4.0 LPA + Incentives/Goodies
Working: 5 days a week, 2 rotational weekly offs
Shift: Night shifts — US/Australian process
Work Mode: Work from office only
Cabs: 2-way free cab facility
Insurance: Medical insurance for self & dependents
Age Limit: Maximum 30 years
Joining: Immediate joiners only
What the Job Involves
You will mainly be expected to speak with customers in English, understand their requirements, answer questions, and resolve issues related to the company’s products and services. You may interact with both existing and prospective customers.
