About Kaam Ase
Kaam ase. There is work.
Kaam Ase was built for one simple reason: Nagaland has plenty of work and plenty of people who can do it, but no easy way for the two to find each other. A mason in Dimapur and a contractor who needs one still find each other through luck, a phone chain, or standing at the right hardware shop on the right morning.
We wanted something better. Kaam Ase is a free hiring platform for every trade in Nagaland, masons, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, drivers, cooks, helpers, and everyone else who works with their hands. Workers make a free profile. Employers post what they need. Nobody pays to be found, and nobody pays to be hired.
Kaam Ase is run from Dimapur, by people who live here. We are not an outside app that has never set foot in Nagaland.
What we believe
- Work should be easy to find, and workers should never have to pay for the chance to be hired.
- Trust matters more here than anywhere else. That is why a worker’s profile can carry a vouch from someone who actually knows them a colony council member, a GB, a church elder not just a star rating from a stranger.
- A platform is only as good as the people who use it. We read every report, and we act on the patterns we see.
A venture of Nagaland Me.
