Making a profile, being found, calling somebody, posting a job and getting hired all cost nothing, for everybody, always. Nothing below changes that. It is one optional extra for people who post urgent work often and want us to ring them and put a tick on their profile.

What you get

  • A tick on your profile. We ring you and speak to you. Once we have, the mark goes on your profile and stays there. A worker looking at an unknown number can see that somebody at Kaam Ase has checked who you are, which is the difference between a call answered and a call ignored.
  • Numbers whenever you need them. A free account can get the phone number of 5 workers in a day. On this plan it is 1,005. If you are ringing round twenty masons to find four who are free on Thursday, you will not be stopped halfway.
  • Mark work urgent as often as you need. A free account runs 1 urgent job at a time and has to wait for it to close before marking another. On this plan you can run 51 at once, so a week with several jobs starting tomorrow is not a problem.
  • Post as much work as you have. A free account posts 10 jobs in a day. On this plan it is 60.

Kaam Ase never charges a worker. Nothing here affects finding work, being found, or being hired. Paying only ever raises limits for an employer who is hiring a lot.
