Position: Resident Farm Caretaker Couple
Location: Sai Spandana Farm, Mangala Village, Mandya District, Karnataka
Accommodation: Fully furnished independent caretaker home provided on-site (equipped with solar power and modern amenities).

About the Farm
We are developing a natural food forest and organic permaculture farm focused on soil regeneration, bio-inputs, coconut palms, fruit trees, a solar grid installation, and an integrated multi-tier animal shelter (cows, poultry, ducks, sheep, and goats). We are looking for a dedicated, honest, and hardworking couple from the North East who have a strong connection to nature, organic agriculture, and animal care to live on-site and manage daily operations.

Role & Responsibilities
1. Husband (Field, Infrastructure & Livestock Lead)
Animal Husbandry: Daily management of the multi-tier animal shelter, including feeding, watering, milking/livestock monitoring, and maintaining hygiene (including the urine-collection and waste management system).
Farm & Crop Management: Assisting with organic farming tasks, weed management, applying bio-inputs/compost, watering routines, and orchard maintenance.
Infrastructure & Technical Maintenance: Basic upkeep of farm boundaries, farm equipment, water pumps, borewell changeover systems, and monitoring the on-site solar grid and appliances.
Security & Vigilance: Overall property oversight, fence monitoring, and general night/day watchkeeping.
2. Wife (Nursery, Processing & Household Support)
Nursery & Post-Harvest: Tending to plant nurseries, vegetable patches, harvesting seasonal produce, and managing post-harvest processing (such as operating solar box dryers/dehydrators, sorting, and packing).
Kitchen Garden & Upkeep: Maintaining a clean homestead garden and managing the indoor upkeep of the caretaker residence.
Hospitality & Coordination: Assisting with cooking, housekeeping, and basic hospitality management when family members or guests visit the farm.

Candidate Requirements
Background: Hailing from the North East, with a rural background, familiarity with farming, or prior experience in estate/farm management.
Work Ethic: Honest, reliable, physically fit, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Language: Functional understanding of Hindi or English to coordinate effectively with local vendors, workers, and management in Karnataka.
References: Valid identity proofs ([Aadhaar Redacted]) and verifiable references from previous employers or community leaders.
